Summer celebrations for toni & guy team

Phil Smith celebrated a year of success and hard work from his Toni & Guy salon teams with a fabulous summer awards ceremony and party held in Salisbury.All members of the Phil Smith Toni & Guy team attended the ceremony, with each salon team and individual team member invited to submit an entry for the awards.

On the day, an exclusive panel including celebrity stylist Lee Stafford, Robert Soutar of L’Oreal Professional and HJ's own Publisher/Editor in Chief Jayne Lewis-Orr cast their eyes over the salons'and individuals' photographic work to select:

• Image of the Year
• Stylist of the Year
• Assistant Image of the Year
• Technician of the Year
• Receptionist of the Year
• Salon Team of the Year

The big winners were the Sailsbury Salon (below), which scooped the Salon Team of the Year 2007, and Bath salon manager Melanie Giles - a finalist at the British Hairdressing Business Awards - who won the Image of the Year.More Pictures>>
