Fashion takes a trip back to the 90s for Autumn/Winter, with the grunge look still holding strong. "Burberry has really nailed it this season," says Jo Cree Brown of Trevor Sorbie, London. "I think this is the look most women will be coveting. It's cool because it's effortless and fresh, but with a tough edge."
"Prep hair with curl cream from the middle to the ends," says Jo. "Rake back, and create a slightly ragged parting with a tail comb. Blast-dry a little without a nozzle, then dry in sections, using a large round bristle brush to achieve smooth ends. Pull each section directly out to create volume. Once dry, take a large barrel tong, and curl random sections, starting half way down the hair. Wrap hair randomly around the barrel, ensuring you wind away from the face, so the hair lifts out and back slightly. Put your fingers into the roots and shake to open up the tonged sections. Finally, mist a little salt spray on the top of the head, and let it dry, before rubbing slightly with a towel to create flyaways."
