Mayfair Salon owner Webster Whiteman literally performed the snip of the century by giving a burly bodybuilder his first haircut in nearly 25 years to raise money for Children in Need. The weight-lifting wonder, who is affectionately known as 'Belly' (or David Bell to his Mum and Dad!), visited owner Darren Webster at the stylish Mayfair salon, where he had over fourteen inches of his long curly locks chopped off!More than just a makeover, this sponsored restyle was the first bit of scissor action Belly’s tresses had seen since 1983 and raised a massive £1,000 for the charity!Seasoned stylist Darren Webster was thrilled to be involved: "Belly was a real sport for taking part in this charity fundraiser, and was over the moon with his cool new crop. "Having collected valuable funds for a well deserving cause and enhanced Belly's image in the process, it proves just what a difference a haircut can make!"
