Spanish team have the hair edge
While the boys in the England World Cup squad have taken the DIY route to hairdressing during their time in South Africa, the Spanish team seem to have taken their grooming more seriously, judging from their permanently preened appearance.
We saw Fernando Torres before he flew out sporting a new shorter style, but he's maintained it masterfully despite his team's tougher than expected tournament so far.
Sergio Ramos has also worn his on-trend textured tresses with pride, however hard he's worked on the pitch and begins every game like he's just stepped out of a salon, as does, some would say the best player of the tournament, David Villa - who seems to have taken inspiration from Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo with his textured length on top.
Come on England - get yourselves a decent hairdresser, it could give you the emotional boost you need!
Okay, I know that sounded lame!
