It’s one of the most anticipated dates on the fashion calendar: Chanel’s Autumn/Winter Paris catwalk show. As one of the hottest tickets in town, only the A-list need apply. And this year was no exception, with the likes of Rihanna and Kristen Stewart hitting the red carpet. With clothes as gorgeous as these, simplicity was key for the fashion-forward. Style-guru and Chanel-favourite Alexa Chung led the way with her chestnut hair worn casually in a pared-down ponytail. Clemence Posey and Rose Byrne also kept things natural with effortless up-dos - but it was Kristen Stewart who stole the show. Looking cool as a cucumber with a pulled-back French plait and a rare smile, Kristen looked every inch the Chanel darling.
