Findlay is an international coach, speaker and entrepreneur on a mission to help others unlock confidence and create extraordinary success in life and business.
Following an 18-year global career in marketing, brand and communications, which saw her work across cities including New York, Hong Kong, Dubai and Washington DC, a life-changing cancer diagnosis prompted her to reassess her purpose and direction.
After completing treatment, she qualified as an ACCP-accredited life coach and has since built multiple global businesses, working with clients around the world through coaching, consulting and public speaking.
Findlay has also transformed her own life through fitness, losing 17 stone and going on to compete in international fitness competitions - a journey that underpins her work in resilience, mindset and personal growth.
Through her work, she combines strategy, mindset and personal development to help individuals reimagine what’s possible and take action with clarity, confidence and conviction.
