Sexy, sophisticated dannii shines again

It's that time again when I sit, keyboard on my lap, waiting to be wowed by the creativity of Cheryl and Dannii's stylists. And this week, I have to say, they've both done alright.

Dannii has once again nailed the sexy but sophisticated look that she has become her trademark.

There's a bit of a 60s beehive vibe through the back that is set off with a sweeping fringe to showcase her colour and the fantastic shine her hair has.  

She's teamed it with a white toga-style dress and yet interestingly it is Cheryl who's opted for Grecian-style hair.

One's again she's working an updo, but this time, it's a hairline-framing plait feeding into a low-slung ponytail.

Plaits across the front of the face always remind me of Jennifer Aniston's hairstyle at last year's Oscars -  - and it's not generally my type of thing but, I have to confess, I kind of like it.

Verdict: It's a sitting on the fence night, because their styles are incomparable. That said, if I was going to go into a salon and ask for a copycat look, it would definitely be Dannii's.

Footnote: The more I look at Cheryl's hair the more it reminds me of Heidi! She does look exceptionally beautiful tonight though.
