Salon supplies and pietranera support the hair and beauty charity

Salon Supplies, UK’s leading salon supplier, will continue to donate 2.5% of all Salon Supplies’ Pietranera sales to The Hair and Beauty Charity.

The Hair and Beauty Charity, the official charity of the hairdressing industry, dates back to 1853. It was established in order to help hairdressers who have been affected by illness, disability or bereavement of financial hardship.

Over 300 applicants are requesting help each year. Thus, the charity relies mostly on the support of fellow hairdressers and companies in the industry to enable those in need.

This year, Salon Supplies has partnered with Pietranera, internationally renowned furniture brand for Italian design and production. They have decided to donate 2.5% of all Pietranera sales in 2020 to the ongoing charity initiative. SO far this initiative has raised £4,970.

Ian Aherne, managing director of Salon Supplies, shared his opinion on the joint project: “We are delighted to be involved in supporting The Hair and Beauty Charity whilst encouraging our customers to buy into our newest exciting brand."
