Salon international is back in 2010
ExCeL London will once again house more than 200 exhibitors from across the globe, offering everything from the smallest accessories to salon equipment and services at Salon International in October.
There will also be the usual mix of creative and business seminars and shows, featuring some of the biggest names in hairdressing.
This year promises to be better than ever, with the show moving to the recently revamped Eastern side of the venue. The £160m expansion brings a host of advantages for visitors and exhibitors including enhanced catering, conference and retail facilities.
As well as offering a world of products and inspirational services and ideas in the main Hair Show, Salon International is also the destination for hairdressers wanting up-close and personal access to some of the most creative names in the industry.
For a real insight into the skills and techniques that go towards creating hair looks, the Salon International Seminars and Live Shows are both informative and inspirational.
Already signed up for the 2010 seminars schedule is salon group Mahogany, offering a blend of its trademark cutting and colouring techniques in an intimate environment.
Making its Salon International seminar debut will be Saco, the salon group with branches in London, San Diego and Montreal. Expect beautiful hair which reflects Saco's mantra of affordable luxury.
Toni & Guy will deliver a live show demonstrating the commercial cuts and colour and the creativity that have made it a hairdressing powerhouse across the globe.
The Business Extra seminars are set to send another raft of salon owners, managers and ambitious stylists home with brains bursting with new ideas on how to boost their businesses.
Among those signed up to stimulate the grey matter this year are Sean Hanna, owner of the seanhanna salon group; Jon McLeod, creative director of successful Scottish salon group Paterson SA; and business guru Nergish Wadia-Austin.
We'll bring you all the news from Salon International 2010 as it becomes official, but we know its going to be three days to remember for all the right reasons.
