Salon emotion comes to salon international 2016
Salon design plays an integral part in the client journey, something both L’Oréal Professional Products Division and Maletti recognise. For Salon International the two have joined forces to present Salon Emotion, L’Oréal Professional Product Division’s programme designed to help salons update their salon environment and reinvent the client’s emotional journey. In partnership with Maletti, L’Oréal Professional Products Division will offer visitors a journey through seven salon zones of innovative and functional Maletti furniture that combine to enhance a clients’ overall experience. Salon Emotion was launched back in March in conjunction with TV guru Mary Portas. The programme identifies seven key touch points during a client journey, helping salon owners and their teams understand what their clients think of the service they offer before connecting them with experts to help transform the salon through refurbishment, whether it be a simple re-decoration or a compete refit.
