Rush Live raised more than
£11,000 for GOSH with a show at the New London Theatre by their Artistic and Session Teams.
Founders
Andy Phouli and Stell Andrew took to the stage to welcome the audience, made up of teams from all 62 Rush salons across the country. As well as introducing the night, they revealed that Rush have so far raised £120,000 for GOSH and how the proceeds have helped the children and their families.
Then it was on the shows, with international artistic director
Andy Heasman and international colour director
Chris Williams presenting models inspired by The Birds, with hair reflecting the texture of feathers.
The Rush Session Team closed the show, with
Tina Farey, Jamie Benny, Isabella Hyde and James Oxley showcasing their own take on avian style. Working with textures, braids and feathers, the team created more a dramatic, avant-garde take on bird-inspired styles.
