Jeremy Roca Ripoll has returned to Rush to resume his career with the brand after an interval of seven years. For Jeremy, his homecoming is very exciting as he is returning as a member of the award-winning Rush Artistic Team.
Jeremy began his career with RUSH in 2004, where he quickly rose through the ranks, as initially a salon stylist, before taking on the role as one of the educators at the Rush Academy. Jeremy will also be working out of the Rush Moorgate salon and will continue to educate the Rush stylists at the Rush Academy in Covent Garden.
In his new role with the company, he will be bringing his expertise as a colourist specialising in blondes and vivid colour palettes. What's more, a bespoke training course created for Rush stylists will highlight his expertise on creating content for social media channels – Instagram Trends vs Realistic Expectations. Jeremy understands the power of social media and will be working with the Rush team showcasing his skills in content creating and digital storytelling.
“I am really happy to be back at Rush”, says Jeremy. “My new role is really exciting and allows me to use many new skills that I have developed over the years. I’m very excited to see where this role takes me and share my knowledge with the team”.
As a member of the Rush Colour Team, Jeremy will be working alongside Rush International Artistic Director Andy Heasman and the Rush Artistic Team including Editorial Director, Tina Farey, and Artistic Team members Seung Ki Baek, Michael Rackett and Sophie Chandler. His Rush Colour Team colleagues Kirsty Judge and Tina Poonam Mehmi are delighted to have Jeremy as part of the Colour Team working alongside them on shoots, shows and seminars.
Hitting the ground running Jeremy’s first Rush Artistic Team presentation was at Goldwell’s Celebration of Colour where he put his skills to great use creating many of the show stopping vivid colours that took to the catwalk.
“It’s great to have Jeremy back with Rush. We’re looking forward to him working with us to develop our digital strategy and being part of the Artistic Team, we love his passion for his work which has only got stronger over the years, he’s a great addition to the team,” adds Joint CEO and Founder of Rush, Stell Andrew.
