On Monday 23 March, finalists gathered at SE1 Studios to compete for a place in the highly coveted Revlon Professional Visionaries Re:Mastered Team 2026 – the year-long mentorship programme designed to accelerate the careers of emerging hairdressing talent.

Offering opportunities spanning photoshoots, shows and demonstrations, advanced colour and cutting education, and social media training, Visionaries is widely recognised as a fast-track route to industry success.

A distinguished judging panel including Errol Douglas MBE, Davide Spinelli, Desmond Murray and Karine Jackson, evaluated the finalists as they showcased their creativity, technical ability and vision on the competition floor.

These four exceptional stylists impressed the judges with their innovation, technical excellence and creative storytelling, securing their place on this year’s prestigious mentorship programme.

Commenting on the calibre of talent, judge Errol Douglas MBE said: “The Visionaries programme continues to champion the next generation of hairdressing talent. The creativity, skill and passion shown by this year’s winners was truly inspiring. I’m excited to see how this experience helps shape their futures and elevates their artistry.”

The Visionaries Team 2026 will begin their journey with an immersive training module at Revlon Professional HQ, where they will gain the tools, industry access and mentorship needed to take their careers to the next level. Over the coming year, the team will participate in education sessions, creative shoots, industry events, and exclusive opportunities designed to expand their skills, confidence and professional profile.
