Rejina pyo autumn/winter 2015: get the hair look

David Wadlow and the Bumble and bumble team created dual-texture ponytails inspired by desert climates for the Rejina Pyo Autumn/Winter 2015 show. The show: Rejina Pyo Autumn/Winter 2015 The hair team: David Wadlow for Bumble and bumble The look: A dual-texture ponytail. The inspiration: The visual reference for the show was the Joshua Tree National Park in Southern California and elements of the Californian climate were represented in the texture of the hair. High shine at the hairline mixed with matte texture through the lengths. The key product: Bumble and bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse Get the Look 1. Create an obvious side part and distribute Thickening Full Form Mousse evenly through hair. 2. Roughly blow-dry using your hands, then add in Surf Spray to break up the style and add texture. 3. Once totally dry, use a curling wand to curl random sections of hair, then rake fingers through immediately after to break up the curls. 4. Pull hair into a low pony and tie with elastic. Tease out sections of the pony at the nape of the neck to create the illusion of a bob from the front. Un-tuck small sections in front of the ears and apply Surf Spray for a dishevelled finish. 5. Backcomb the top of the pony and crown for volume and to give a young feel. Mist Classic Hairspray across the front to maintain the shine and offer a final hold.
