With over 20 years of industry experience, ten of which he has dedicated to education, Scott brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for hair colour to the REF team.
Originally hailing from the Welsh valleys, Scott is known for his approachable, down-to-earth manner and his exceptional skill in transforming clients’ looks through bespoke, confidence- boosting colour techniques. As the owner of a specialised colour studio, he has honed his craft in creating personalised, trend-forward styles that resonate with both clients and stylists alike.
In his new role, Scott will lead creative education initiatives that ensure stylists have the tools and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional results.
Scott has collaborated with several hair brands and educated across Europe, Australia, America, and Dubai. His expertise in on-trend blondes and mastery as a formula specialist have made him a sought-after educatorin the field. Passionate about empowering stylists, Scott focuses on delivering quick, effective colouring techniques that not only elevate skills but also enhance client satisfaction.
