Phorest Salon Software have launched the
#SalonSelfie, prompting clients to share your work and earn themselves loyalty points in the process.
Knowing that the first thing most clients do after an appointment is snap a selfie, the softare brand have come up with a way to capitalise on the craze.
After an appointment, clients will receive a message requesting that they rate their experience. If they rate four or higher (out of five), they'll be asked if they want to share a selfie of their new look - earning themselves loyalty points in the process. If they share their selfie on social networks, there are more loyalty points up for grabs - and it's entirely down to you how many points they get.
As well as your client sharing their experience on social media, you're then left with a great photo and a glowing review to use on your own channels - letting them do all the hard work for you!
