The PHAB Directory has launched, providing consumers with a directory of PHAB-approved salons and stylists.
The
searchable directory allows clients to search for their nearest salon which meets the stringent standards of the PHAB system.
To celebrate the launch, a selection of leading salons who hold the PHAB Standard were invited to an afternoon tea at The Dorchester hotel in London.
Adam Reed and Paul Percival of Percy & Reed, Andrew Barton, James Pryce and Jamie Stevens all picked up an Honorary Standard prize on the day.
PHAB Standard, which stands for Performance in Hair and Beauty, was launched by Nergish Wadia-Austin to bring regulation to the hair and beauty industry. Those who apply for accreditation have to prove their performance results through a rigorous qualification process. This includes testimonials from suppliers and salon managers and clients.
