Whether you want to be inspired by creative shows, learn how to expand your business, or stock up on the latest products and tools, it is essential to plan your trip to Salon International.

You can pick up a Salon International Event Guide at the door, or with your 7 October issue of HJ, but without any pre-planning you could miss out on exciting events and must-see shows.

Whether you love live shows from the likes of Sassoon Academy, Tim Hartley, Patrick Cameron and Toni & Guy, or want to check out informative business seminars, check their showing times and book now to avoid disappointment.

The Hair Show will be a major attraction featuring demonstrations from The Fellowship for British Hairdressing, BaByliss Pro and Denman to name a few. If you want to stay ahead of competitors, go to the New Exhibitors Zone, which will feature first-time exhibitors.

Don't forget to get some creative inspiration from HJ's British Hairdressing Awards Gallery. Images from the 2011 finalists, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, will be displayed revealing the crème de la crème of British hairdressing talent.

Also, sign up to the e-newsletter through the website, so that you can find out about the latest developments and any new additions to the exhibition.

What to take
