Party hair snapshot competition winner announced

It was a tough decision for judge Dawn Reilly, technical director, Balmain Hair but she has named the winner of the Party Hair Snapshot competition as Siobhan Arnold Hooper from Cutting Edge Kreativ

Says Dawn: "We were absolutely delighted with the standard in the competition. It really was exceptional and the looks were very varied.

"Our winning party look shows great innovation, it is glamorous and it also very good technically with creative use of extensions."

Siobhan is delighted with her win and will receive £250 worth of Balmain products so that she can create even more fabulous images.

She says: ''My inspiration for this look was taken from hair fashion images in Vogue and Burberry collections - big curly hair - with a kreativ twist!"
