Eugene Souleiman created a certain
je ne sais quoi at the Vanessa Bruno Spring/Summer 2014 show at Paris Fashion Week.
Show: Vanessa Bruno
Stylist: Eugene Souleiman for Wella Professionals
The inspiration: "It's not what you wear, it's how you wear it" - urban surfer girls with plenty of attitude.
"I wanted to create a look where texture played a leading part, where the imperfections of nature are celebrated rather than disguised," said Eugene.
The look: Hair had a graphic quality at the front, with hair blow-dried straight and tucked behind the ears.
In contrast, the hair at the back had a deliberately raw, broken-up feel styled in a very low ponytail - so low that you could easily miss it.

Get the look: Start with freshly shampooed and conditioned hair, prepped using Wella Professionals Enrich Shampoo and Conditioner.
Blow-dry hair using Perfect Setting Blow Dry Lotion to create a smooth finish with a centre parting.
Spray Ocean Spritz Beach Texture Spray on to the hair to create texture, with a little Shimmer Delight Shine Spray added to the roots for contrast.
Add more Ocean Spritz Beach Texture Spray to the lengths of the hair then twist, holding the hair tight at the end and blow-drying from underneath in an upwards direction.
Let the hair cool, then release the twist. Secure in a low ponytail, then finally pull a few hairs loose for a more 'lived-in' look.
