Paris fashion week spring/summer 2014: christophe lemaire

Delphine Courteille created personalised looks for each model at the Christophe Lemaire Spring/Summer 2014 show at Paris Fashion Week. Show: Christophe Lemaire Stylist: Delphine Courteille for Moroccanoil The inspiration: Natural, easy-to-wear looks that reflected each model and their unique personality. Inspiration overall came from la nouvelle vague (French new wave era) and the film Baisers Voles by Francois Truffaut. The look: There were two main looks, which were tweaked to suit each girl individually. Look one was a loose ponytail with a side parting and sections of hair left out on either side for a casual, DIY feel. Look two was a smooth and straight style with a defined centre parting and brilliant shine. [gallery ids="23753,23754,23756"] Get the look - ponytail: Prep the hair with Moroccanoil Treatment then create a three-quarter, middle or side part depending on the model's features. Smooth out the hair on boh sides, applying Luminous Hairspray Medium to set. Leave a few strands out in front of the ears then brush the rest back, applying Hydrating Styling Cream and scrunching slightly to keep a natural wave.  Secure the hair with Japanese elastic. Spray the entire look with Glimmer Shine for a sleek, brilliant shine and reapply Moroccanoil Treatment to the tips of the hair for a healthy and glossy finish. Get the look - smooth and straight: Create a defined centre parting using Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray to secure it. Style the hair to fall loosely behind the ears using Hydrating Styling Cream to add light hold. Finish with Glimmer Shine for a sleek, brilliant shine.
