Organic colour systems offers home delivery to clients

With salons closed during the coronavirus lockdown, Organic Colour Systems is now offering its partnering salons the option to order hair care products on behalf of their clients and deliver to their door in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Many loyal customers were still approaching their local salon for professional home care products so Organic Colour Systems care brand decided to offer home delivery to those salons and their customers. Organic Colour Systems is a professional hair care range so it is only available to salons. This means orders must be placed by salons on their customer's behalf before being forwarded to the Organic Salon Systems' customer services team. Organic Colour Systems will then arrange delivery to the clients’ doorsteps directly. This has helped many hair salons continue to receive an income while closed and ensures clients can continue using their tailored hair care products to keep their hair in its best condition during lockdown. “Even though the UK Government’s restrictions have forced my salon to close, I still wanted to provide value and service to my customers so they know I’m still here for them throughout this pandemic,” says Toni Todd, owner of Toni Todd Hair & Makeup. “Organic Colour Systems' simple online ordering system and swift delivery has supported me in being able to achieve this level of service to our clients; and we’re attracting new clients to the products and hopefully the salon when our doors finally open again,” she says.
