Opinionated rubbish

If there is one thing that is guaranteed to make me angry, it is individuals commenting negatively about the hairdressing industry when they know nothing about it! The latest offender is Jeremy Clarkson in his regular Saturday page for tabloid newspaper, The Sun who this week decided to write about poor service he received in a hotel. Referrring to the waitresses, he claims 'they were served by girls who were chosen because they are too stupid to be hairdressers" and quite frankly, how dare he.

Hairdressing attracts talented, bright and astute individuals who can see the oppotunities and benefits that working in this industry can offer and I for one, would like to know which hairdresser/salon currently looks after his hairdressing needs. If it is you, then perhaps a quiet word about the professionalism and intelligence required to be a success in this industry wouldn't go amiss.........and then politely ask him to leave and take his business elsewhere.

There are individuals who like to make statements to shock but to condemn a multi million pound industry that employs thousands upon thousands of talented individuals is an outrage.
