Old fashion glamour rules the golden globes

Looking at the celebrities braving the weather at the Golden Globes last weekend, it was great to see old fashioned Hollywood glamour dominating the looks on the red carpet. Given a moden twist, simple chignons, ponytails and soft waves were the choice of the masses. Tendrils softened the looks and added a subtle splattering of femininity. Gone were the days of structured updos - say hello to softness, simplicity and sexiness. However, there is a danger it can go from magical to mumsy, as seen on Amy Adams. Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder and you were certainly spoilt for choice at the 67th Golden Globes.
