Aveda Global Creative Director, Antoinette Beenders created glossy, textured hair at the Zero + Maria Cornejo show. This show commemorated the journey of the past 20 years of her brand and was held at Pier 59 in New York City.
The hair team used the new Texture Tonic to create touchable texture in the back. They then sprayed on Control ForceTM Firm Hold Hairspray and combed through the front for slick, long-lasting hold.
To recreate the look, Antoinette advises, "for effortless, slightly wavy texture, we misted Texture Tonic on a loose braid in the back and then set with a flat iron. Just before the models walked the runway, we gently shook out each braid.'
