North west barber bash celebrates barbering talent

The North West Barber Bash saw top barbers from the region gather to share their skill and knowledge with a capacity crowd at the Royal Clifton Hotel in Southport. The event, organised by barber Garry Spencer, saw 300 guests treated to up-close-and-personal presentations by top talent including Danny Robinson and Alan Beak of Danny & Co Barbers and Ruger Barbers, respectively; father and son team Rob and Dan Rix of the Master Barber’s Shop (you can see Dan’s creative new collection in the Summer issue of HJ Men); and international hair educator, Sid Sottung, whose work also features in the summer edition of HJ Men. The night also saw the winner of the Great British Barber Bash competition announced, with five finalists competiting live, having been chosen based on  photographic entries posted on Instagram. The title went to Tariq Howes, of Fadez Barbershop in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
