Guido created a grungy party-girl look for the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2013 show at New York Fashion Week.
Show: Marc Jacobs
Stylist: Guido for Redken
Inspiration: "She's the quintessential New York party girl," said Guido. "She's got great style and I think that's what Marc is trying to get across with the collection."
The look: Bouffant ponytails with a sweeping fringe.
Get the look: Redken Guts Volume Spray was applied to wet hair to create rough texture, then blasted dry.
Once hair was totally dry, Powder Refresh Dry Shampoo was used, followed by Quick Tease Hairspray at the root to get the volume desired for this sixties-inspired show.
Hair was styled in a deep, sideswept part over the forehead to create a faux-fringe, finished with a tough, textured ponytail at the back.
Just before the girls hit the runway, Guido pulled out some hair to make the look more dishevelled and grungy.
Key products: Redken Guts 10 Volume Spray, Powder Refresh Dry Shampoo, Quick Tease Hairspray
