we are a established salon of 10 years and are part of a successfull chain.we have ujst undergone a total refurb and now have a fantastic salon.

As the manager it is my resonsibility to bring new clients through the door but im just stumped !!

We deliver first class service and hairdressing.My stylists are all seniors and run their collumns very very well.We have systems within the salon to get repeat buisness and also to ebtice new clients through reccommend a friend ect ..all the usual !

However i just cannot think out of the box as to what i can do that will have an immidiate effect on my salon.We are currently running ladies nights ect to get our name out there through local press ect but i feel it needs more! Im a very motivated and passionate manager but have just hit a wall !! All advice warmly welcome.
