Mousey to mahogany with revlonissimo nmt

I recently had the chance to try out Revlon Professional's new 'Revlonissimo' permanent colour range at Claudio Contrasti's London Salon. The range uses Nano molecular technology (NMT) that reduces active ingredients to infinitely small particles without modifying their initial properties. The new technology means that due to their microscopic size, they now penetrate the hair shaft deeply and rapidly. After a brief chat with Claudio, we decided that it was time for a change - what better reason than summer turning into autumn for me to get rid of my mousey brown and replace it with a vibrant red/mahogany tone? The Revlonissmo he applied was bright fire-engine red and I'm not ashamed to admit that I was uttetly terrified of quite what I had agreed to. However, there was no need for the drama because the paint-pot colour was rinsed of to reveal exactly what I had had in mind. Revlonissmo promises a natural texture, a beautiful glossy look, easy styling effect, silky feel and deep intense color from roots to ends which will last longer than ever before. I can tell you that my hair has been much more manageable than before and I'll leave you to judge the other claims from the before and after photos below.
