Monte carlo or bust for alan d

Ebru won her place on the trip in an in-house creative competition at the Alan d Academy after wowing judges with her strong colour and on-trend creation.
She worked with Edward and Kevin to cut and colour 20 models in preparation for a show that was based around their latest collection 'All Around the World' and impressed an audience of 1,200 of Farmaca's clients.
"It was awsome," commented Edward, "not only were the audience huge, but they wanted a close up look and by the end of our 50 minute show, most were out of their seats fighting to get close to the stage!"
The theme of the show, organised by one of Italy's pre-eminent hairdressers Beppe Unali, was New York. And after much deliberation the Alan d team decided to use Broadway, Bronx and Punk as the musical influences to their show.
"To have three such contrasting sections worked really well and the audience were taken on a dramatic journey. One guy even waited for an hour backstage afterwards to beg for a copy of our music!" added Edward.
