The Modern Barber Awards recognised outstanding customer service, treatment delivery and innovation, and this year saw not only a record number of entries but an outstanding quality of work and creativity from all entries – proving that the future of barbering is in safe hands.
The awards were judged by independent industry experts, and were presented following welcome drinks and bowl food at Omeara London. Jayne Lewis-Orr, Executive Director and Sian Jones, Editor of Modern Barber magazine hosted the ceremony and guests enjoyed the post-awards party until the early hours.
Introducing the awards on the night, editor Sian said:
“The Modern Barber Awards are an amazing opportunity for us all to come together and celebrate the talent in our incredible industry - the people and businesses that help maintain standards, inspire others and move barbering forwards. This year we saw a record number of entries and an outstanding quality of work and creativity – proving that the future of barbering is in safe hands. With that in mind, tonight is about celebrating those who display outstanding professionalism and embody the innovation and care that are synonymous with barbering.”
