Milan fashion week spring/summer 2012: missoni

Eugene Souleiman and Josh Wood created a slicked-back naturally luminous look, that reflected the fluidity and textures evident within the clothes.

Freshly-washed hair was prepped with Wella Professionals Velvet Amplifier, then roughly dried with Natural Volume Mousse brushed in.

Hair was sectioned into four horizontal panels. The penultimate top panel was pulled back tightly into a ponytail with the bottom section rolled up in and pinned in place at the nape.

Mousse was added to the top sections and smoothed from the hairline to crown, with more added to each side of the head for a sleek silhouette.

Create Character Texturising Spray was added to the underneath of the top section and backcombed for volume. The remaining section of hair was tied in a low ponytail and rolled under the bottom section to create a tucked-under effect.
