Michael van clarke hires michelin-starred chef david cavalier

Super-salon owner Michael Van Clarke has hired Michelin-starred chef David Cavalier to cater to his clients. Guests at the central London salon have long been treated to first-class service from Michael, but now they'll also be able to enjoy culinary excellence alongside award-winning hairdressing. David has earned six Michelin stars throughout his career and will be preparing freshly-cooked breakfasts and lunches in the salon for clients - whether they're eating on the go or enjoying a relaxing day at the salon. He says: "Working in this environment will be an exciting challenge in my career. My aim is to have the diner leaving with a new outlook on their traditional salon experience, one that is thrilling and memorable. I am looking forward to this new chapter and my future here with Michael Van Clarke and his team." Michael adds: "At the salon we really wanted to offer something a little different. Our treatments, cuts and styling are all first class so it seemed natural to have a first class chef cooking our menu. We’re really excited about where this could take us in the future."
