Michael barnes presents goldwell's latest academy masters

Michael Barnes was on hand to present diplomas to the latest graduates from Goldwell’s prestigious Academy Master course at the Academy in Mayfair. The Academy Master is an exclusive 12 day course spread over a six week period, and forms part of Goldwell's education programme. It provides all the technical and business skills needed to run a successful salon, inspired learning and personal development, and pushes education to another level in terms of colour expertise.These talented graduates join an elite group of Academy Masters. Academy Master graduate Nicola Chadwick, manager of Klea in Lancashire, feels the experience was invaluable; not just for her, but also for staff in her salon. "I feel as though I’ve gained the skills and knowledge to become an important educator within my own salon," she says. "I now have the ability to coach and develop myself and my team into being complete colour experts. This course is truly inspirational."
