Sweet Squared has announced the appointment of Emma Taylor as the new hair education manager where she will work to support the growth of AlterEgo Italy and
SACHAJUAN, ensuring hair stylists are receiving world-class education and mentoring.
Emma boasts over 12 years of hair education experience including at
Wella, where her talent for educating and imparting skills in young hairdressers was recognised – she was awarded Wella Technician of the Period for three consecutive years.
Mark Shorrock, chief sales officer at Sweet Squared, shares his thoughts on Emma’s appointment: “Emma’s skills in the field of education make her the perfect person to manage and develop our education programmes for SACHAJUAN and AlterEgo Italy.”
Having run her own consultancy business, Emma has first-hand knowledge of the challenges salon owners face. She will use this to grow and develop highly skilled teams.
Emma comments: “I’m really looking forward to developing the education for these two outstanding brands as each one is truly unique. I love meeting people in person, ensuring they get the best training possible so they can get the results they want for their business.” Having worked as education and events coordinator (hair) at Sweet Squared and to grow the much-loved KEVIN.MURPHY brand, Emma is excited to be back in a customer-facing role.
