Meet the goldwell color zoom creative team 2016 Meet the Goldwell Color Zoom Creative Team 2016 The Goldwell Color Zoom Creative Team 2016 has been hard at working creating the next Color Zoom collection, which will be revealed at the competition's live final in Las Vegas. The team comprises the three global winners from last year's Color Zoom Challenge: Lidia Malez, Hardy Tsai and Lok Chan. They are joined by Goldwell's three Global Masters: Rodica Hristu, John Simpson and Neil Barton. Lidia, Hardy and Lok competed against more than 75 competitors from all over the world during the live finale, which took place in Berlin.

Lidia Malez "I have been really focused on Color Zoom, as it presents such a big stage for creativity," says Lidia, 26, from Russia. "I am so happy to be on the Creative Team and working with such famous and talented people." Lidia is hairdresser at the Emerald Beauty Salon in Moscow and trained at the Dolores Academy in the city. She has also completed the Goldwell Master Colorist program and is currently studying fashion styling to add to her skillset. She won Gold in the Color Zoom New Talent Category. Hardy Tsai Hardy has worked with Goldwell for many years and has become one of the Taiwanese stars of Color Zoom, winning the Creative Category in Taiwan in 2013, before taking Gold in the Creative Category in 2014. His work has appeared in ELLE and he also worked with Taiwan's renowned Yi-Tzy folk dance troupe. "I love Color Zoom," he says. "It reaches all around the world and grabs the attention of the hair fashion community. It is amazing to come from Taiwan and work on the Creative Team alongside Masters from Europe and North America." Lok Chan By winning the Partner Category, Lok made Color Zoom history as the first winner from Hong Kon. His salon is Red Hill Hair, located at Kowloon City Plaza. In 2011 he began educating, conducting seminars and hair shows in China. Lok is very socially aware and participates in charity activities including Teenage Talks and Volunteer Hair Cuts for seniors. Lok Chan won the national bronze prize at Color Zoom 2009 and the national silver at Color Zoom 2013, before taking the gold in the Partner Category last year. He says: "It’s such an honor to be part of the Color Zoom Creative Team. Being named winner of the Partner Category is a career high – the competition at Color Zoom is the best in the world."
