Destination.Fame-winner.jpgA 'Year of Fame' awaits for Tal Alboher of Andrew Jose, London; Hollie Gavan from Sisu Hairdressing, Bristol and Christopher Patterson of Michael Quinn Hairdressing, Belfast, after they were named the winners of this year's Matrix Destination.FAME competition.

The trio beat off stiff competition to wow the judges and win the hair industry's 'no rules' competition at the L'Oréal International Academy, London.

With Matrix Artists Terry Longden, Jo Jordan, Barry Finnegan, Marcus Shamim, Editor of Hair Magazine Louise White and renowned photographer Christophe Calame to impress the pressure was on for all the Destination.FAME finalists.

On the day, they had just 45 minutes to perfect their look, which needed to meet the brief of not only being a bang-on-trend hairstyle created using Matrix colour,  but also being accessible, display positive energy and be daring.

Tal, Hollie and Christopher will now start their year with three days of mentoring and will participate in a Matrix calendar shoot with Errol Douglas MBE, Gary Hooker & Michael Young and Paul Falltrick at the start of August.
