Marion cotillard's oscars hair: get the look

We spoke to session stylist Robert Vettica to find out how he created Marion Cotillard's Oscars hair look, using products from Bumble and bumble and ghd. The look was inspired by 1920s film noir; perfect for Marion's elegant, sophisticated style. Here's how to duplicate it in the salon 1. Start with wet hair and apply Bumble and bumble Prep to detangle and moisturise. 2. Layer on Thickening Full Form Mousse for volume and shine, giving the hair the added strength it needs to hold the set. 3. Create a low side parting and blow-dry the hair in the direction of the style using the ghd air hairdryer. 4. Once hair is dry, use the ghd eclipse styler to smooth. Work Bb.Gel through the hair with your hands. Apply it gently to begin shaping the look and style. 5. Brush all of the hair to one side, combing and spraying with Classic Hairspray. Perfect and spray the shape as you pull the hair into a low side pony over the right ear. 6. Twist and pin the look to finish.
