Women have looked up to female celebrities for style ideas for years now but with the male grooming market booming, men are starting to look up to male stars for inspiration as well.When Take That came back after a 10 years absence, they amazed us all on how good looking they still were (especially Gary -- always my favourite!) They proved that style can transcend from boyband to mature stars, with classic styling, easy-to-wear hair and great skin. They have obviously looked after themselves and it will be interesting to see how their comeback effects purcashes of male grooming products. Using a moisturiser every day and eye cream is seen as essential as having a shave. When you have a male client in your chair do you talk to them about their beauty regime? Linking it to male celebrities will get them talking and won't make them feel uncomfortable. It will also be interesting to see who their male icons are. ruthx
