L'Oréal Professionnel has long supported the work of young talented designers through their titular sponsorship of the Central Saint Martin’s MA Fashion Show for the past 10 years.
With this sponsorship comes the annual L’Oréal Professionnel Creative Award in recognition of design talent for which the winning graduate receives £5000. To further strengthen the tie between the emerging talent and the professional hair brand they also give three L’Oréal Professionnel Busaries awarded to inspiring MA fashion students so they may complete their studies on the course. This is all in addition to the brand providing leading hairdressing talent on the UK and International fashion circuit to the MA students for their final show.

The L'Oréal Professionnel Creative Award has highlighted many top British designers including; Matty Bovan, Stefan Cooke, Craig Green, Christopher Kane, Kim Jones and John Alexander Skelton. And this year two designers shared the coveted award from the group of 2018 MA students, Rebecca Jeffs for her womenswear collection and Olaf Tavares Vieira for his Menswear.
