The trending hairstyles from London Fashion Week Men's AW20 were all edgy, long looks, creating a sense of nostalgia harking back to the 1990s punk and grunge era. Long men's hair united the shows that took place at LFWM this month - here are some key looks we saw...
Paria Farzaneh

This look was created by the lead hair stylist
Federico Patelli and team for the Paria Farzaneh show at London Fashion Week Men's AW20. The
curtain hairstyle, while traditionally a one length look was styled shorter in the back and longer in the front, with the curtain fringe just skimming the eyelashes.
Federico worked label.m’s sea salt spray, magic diffuser and fashion edition wax spray to create a grungy wind-swept look.
8on8 Presented by GQ China

This look was created by the international lead hair stylist,
Daniele de Angelis for the 8on8 show by GQ China at London Fashion Week Men's. This hairstyle continues the long hair trend, with a messy but edgy texture.
The long fringe and layers gives the style a playful and youthful presentation, which fits Daniele's influence for the look of 'millennials dressing up for a party'. The runway hairstyle also complimented the designer Li Gong's creative insight of youth culture and interpretation of the post-1990s generation.
Velsvoir

This hairstyle was designed by lead hairstylist,
Louis Maharaj for the Velsvoir show at London Fashion Week Men's. The thick and luscious curls were a trend down the Velsvoir runway.
The slight side fringe accentuates the definition of the curls, especially the curl above the models eye. The locks were perfected through the use of label.m Curl Define Foam and Matte Paste.
The theme behind the look was adventure and individual endeavours to reflect identity and
diversity. From this theme each hairstyle was adapted for each individual model, following the natural movement of each models hair and accentuating it's already natural texture.
Per Gotesson

This hairstyle was created by the lead hairstylist
Fotis Sfetas at the Per Gotesson show at London Fashion Week Men's.
The hair was styled to the side in an exaggerated quiff, while following the long hair trend is also unique as it almost has a mohawk feel.
The trending long hair style from the men's fashion shows creates excitement and anticipation for the shows to follow in
February.
