London fashion week spring/summer 2014: erdem

Anthony Turner created thirties tomboys for the Erdem Spring/Summer 2014 show at London Fashion Week. Show: Erdem Stylist: Anthony Turner for L'Oreal Professionnel The inspiration: A 30s girl who's been to Berlin and come back with an attitude; a tomboy with tough attitude. The look: Hair pinned up as though with a pencil. Get the look: Prep hair with L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Full Volume Extra Mousse and blow-dry in roughly to add guts. Style  in a side parting by hand to create a sweeping fringe, secured with a visible bobby pin to enhance the naive, youthful feel. Add Fresh Dust all over to create fluffiness, then pin the hair up loosely - as if the girl had done it herself with a penci. Finish with a heavy dose of Fix Anti-Frizz Hairspray, using slightly more than usual to again create that DIY feel, then pull out two pieces on either side of the face to create 'sideburns'.
