London fashion week spring/summer 2012: meadham kirchhoff

In a celebration of all things super-girly, the Meadham Kirchhoff show featured candyfloss wigs in shades of pink, yellow, lilac and blue. Session stylist James Pecis was the man behind the magic.
Inspiration: Courtney Love, Madonna and Marilyn Monroe.
Get the look: James hand set 25 blonde wigs, curling them with medium-barrel tongs and styling with John Fried hairspray. Each wig was unique, inspired by classic Hollywood blonde icons. Once set, wigs were then splattered with acrylic paint in a sugary sweet, pastel palette.
