Stylist: Shon for Bumble and bumble
Inspiration: The modern haute couture of Osman's collection with a hint of the Far East.
The look: Shon wanted to create hair with a definite 'look' but that still had a fresh, natural feel to it. Slightly masculine but not tomboyish, hair was young, cool and confident.
Get the look: Hair was prepped with thickening spray, worked from the roots to ends but not too heavily applied - just enough to give body and hold. Hair was then dried by hand to retain natural movement.
Once dried, the top section of the hair was backcombed to create volume then dried with a diffuser to maintain natural volume and texture. For those with finer hair, backcombing was added on the sides as well.
Hairspray was then misted lightly through the top and sides and brushed it, ensuring that volume remained on top. The look was about volume not width, so was kept narrow through the sides but long at the back.
