Inspiration: Hair worn on the beach in Rio.
The look: A textured, lived-in high ponytail worn to one side, with gold thread braided through the crown. There was no fixed position - just wherever suited the model.
Some models also wore wrapped hair pieces.
Get the look: Hair was prepped with volume mousse and roughly dried for a textured, slightly dry finish.
Hair was then pulled into a high ponytail with the very lengths lightly curled with tongs, just to add a kick of movement. Curls were then pulled through by hand to loosen.
Gold thread was then woven through hair on the crown to reflect the light on the catwalk.

The gossip: Models were given a touch of Mythic Oil around the hairline and very ends of the tail to prevent hair looking too sun-scorched.
