1. Prep hair with Tecni Art Pli thermo fixing spray to protect hair, while adding some volume.
2. To create a dry texture for the top of the hair apply Tecni Art Texture Dust, or Morning After Dust, depending on the thickness of the hair.
3. To create a wet-look fringe, apply Tecni Art Matalic Gloss or Crystal Glass with fingers and blow dry into hair.
4. Finish with Mystic Oil for a healthy sheen.
