Mary Katrantzou  International Artistic Director Indira Scahuwecker creates fantasia inspired hair at the Mary Katrantzou show AW17 The Collection For A/W17, Mary Katrantzou took her inspiration from the notions of fantasia, the idea of mixing and melding different worlds, themes and ideas and cross-pollinating different kingdoms of thought. The collection is a fantasy, a fairytale playing upon the traditional idea of heros and heroines, charming princes and damsels in distress. The Hair The hair mirrored the theme of fantasia but adding a dimension of film noir. The front of the hair, tucked behind the ears appeared almost drawn on like an illustration. The slight waves in the back of the hair resembled the styles of film stars of a different time.   Get the Look

1. Start with a centre parting, using label.m Extra Strong Mousse or Volume Mousse (depending on texture) spray on to the roots
2. Apply label.m Blow Out Spray and dry the hair flat
3. Once dry, tuck hair behind the ears and pull some slightly forward in front of the face
4. Set with label.m Hairspray
