Lfw men aw18 trend report: 1990s throwbacks at liam hodges

Session stylist Tina Outen and the Fudge Professional team pooled their artistic talents and used a cocktail of Fudge products to create the looks at the Liam Hodges AW18 show. The inspiration behind the wonderfully crazy looks ranged from Mr Blobby and SMTV Live to green gunge slime – it was a celebratory throwback to kids TV shows from the 1990s. David Byrne, the lead singer of American new wave band Talking Heads was also referenced in the show. 1. Apply Fudge Professional Hair Gum to hands and then coat the full head for a strong wet look effect.
2. Work through hair.
3. Blow-dry the hair backwards using a comb to get definition in the finished look, then using a make-up pencil draw on the David Bryne style widow’s peak for a more dramatic look.
4. Apply the new Fudge Professional Vinyl Pomade focusing on the sides and longer hair tendrils to get a high shine defined finish.
5. Finish by spraying the crown area with Fudge Professional Hed Shine for a high glistening effect.
