Lesley stitt was appointed one of osmo’s new global educators in 2019 Lesley Stitt the owner of Power Cuts was appointed one of OSMO’s new global educators towards the end of 2019. Her role includes helping the team globally, administrating the education program and supporting the OSMO ambassadors, wholesalers and distributers all around the world. While now a OSMO’s global educator, Lesley originally kick-started her career through opening her salon, Power Cuts in 1989. This business decision gave her the 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry she has today. Lesley wanted to be the person that hairdressers could open up to and feel safe asking any question, so through utilising her experience and skills she pursued working in education. Lesley’s education roles took her all over the world, working as an educator for manufacturing companies, distributor roles and international art teams. This finally lead Lesley to become a part of the OSMO team in 2019. The hairstylist was drawn to working with OSMO not only through her love of the brands product ranges, but also their ability to listen to experts and consumers, using their feedback to manufacture new products. Lesley comments “I’m absolutely thrilled and excited to be part of the OSMO team, to me it feels like a family. I’ve never come across such loyal, talented and passionate people. I’m forever feeling like a proud mum.”
