After a period of uncertainty and change, coming together as a unified community and rebuilding a positive mindset will be essential for the future of the Industry.
On Monday 1st March at 7pm, L’Oréal Professional Product Division’s Reset Your Mindset event will see Formula 1 guru and guest motivational speaker Mark Gallagher, take to the virtual podium to give inspiring and uplifting insights into the true meaning of building a ‘winning team’ and a ‘winning mindset’.
Agility and adaptability – _core skills needed after a period of change, as well as creating a unified team that has one common goal – all of this and more will be explored and brought to life by Mark and his expertise in international sport that spans a lifetime spent in the global business of Formula 1.
Mark Gallagher, has spent his career working in the global sports business of Formula 1 motor racing. This includes 15 years spent on the management boards of two well-known teams, Jordan Grand Prix and Red Bull Racing, and later as Managing Director of the Cosworth Formula 1 engine company.
After hearing from Mark, host of the event, Monica Teodoro, L’Oréal Professional Product Division’s General Manager for Education and Professional Development UK & Ireland, will also be joined by Jayne Lewis-Orr, Executive Director of Hairdressers Journal International, and business award-winning salon owner of The Gallery, Lorenzo Colangelo, for a live Q&A.
